If your child is having difficulty logging into:
HCPSS Login - go to Username and Password Self-Service: This allows families to request a password reset or student’s username. New students can use this application to retrieve their account information. This application is also linked off the hcpss.me website, which also includes user directions.
Canvas - Make sure to let your child’s teacher know about the issue via email.
Lexia Core5 and/or Dreambox - Use this resource for help Accessing Lexi Core5 and DreamBox or troubleshooting login issues.
Try these simple steps first if your child is experiencing technical difficulties:
Ensure that your child is on their HCPSS issued Chromebook
Close the browser completely and re-open
Make sure they are logged in using their student HCPSS credentials (username and password)
Restart the Chromebook and try logging in again
Remove unnecessary Chrome browser extensions. See HCPSS site for details
Using the Google Chrome browser is highly recommended
