HHES has a Wellness Center available for all students. Through this program, free health care services are available to all students regardless of health insurance or income. Our nurse practitioner can provide services such as diagnosis and treatment for acute illnesses, medication orders and prescriptions, physical examinations and vaccinations for some students. There is no charge for any service at the HHES Wellness Center. Parents are contacted prior to your child being seen in the Wellness Center. The Wellness Center does not replace your child's regular health care provider. 

Please complete the enrollment forms for your student to have the option of using the Wellness Center while your child is at HHES. You must complete a form for each individual student.
