HHES Culture Fest: Thursday, 2/29/24, at 6:00PM

Please join us on Thursday, 2/29/24 from 6:00 to 8:00PM for our HHES Culture Fest! If you are planning to attend this event, we would like to invite EVERY student to sing “Lift Every Voice and Sing” that evening during our program. All students in grades K-5 have been practicing the song in their music classes, and all students are encouraged to attend!

PLEASE NOTE: Students will only be singing for approximately 2 minutes. After they are finished, they will return to you to enjoy the rest of the evening program. Please email Mrs. Bauman (sarah_bauman@hcpss.org) if your student would like to sing at the Soul Food Festival, or if you have any questions regarding the performance.

Info Regarding Our HHES Culture Fest: This very special evening is our culminating event for Black History Month at Hanover Hills Elementary, where we are celebrating the many contributions and history of African Americans. Culture Fest is a night of food, festivities, and FUN! Our evening will include our annual student-led Blacks in Wax exhibit, a pot-luck dinner celebration, and other performances from our amazing students and other HCPSS organizations.
