We were fortunate to support more than 80 families with food for the Thanksgiving holiday! Thank you to every family that donated a non-perishable food item to our November food drive. 

During the month of December, we have pledged to support 91 families for the holiday season. This encompasses more than 200 children at HHES, TVMS and our area high schools. If you would like to help support our cause, families can consider donating the following:

• NEW toys or books! We will accept new toys or books appropriate for the children from PreK through fifth grade. We support all students and children in the household. As such, we will also accept new infant toys and/or new items appropriate for a middle school or high school sibling. 
• Gift cards! We will also accept gift cards to a local grocery store, big box store (such as Target or Walmart), or local restaurant. Gift cards should be donated in increments of $25 or more. 
• NEW winter clothing or coats! We have several families in need of clothing or coats for the winter season. We will accept clothing ranging in size from 5T through juniors/young adult. If you have questions about a specific size, please call the front office for more information. 

LOOKING AHEAD

Help support our December Dollar Drive! During the month of December, we are raising money to support students in our community in need this holiday season. Our goal is to raise $1000! With over 900 students and nearly 170 staff members, if everyone brings in at least one dollar, we will reach our goal. We will be collecting “dollars” from 12/1/23 through 12/8/23. Families are invited to send in $1 or more - any amount counts! (Bills only encouraged) Every dollar raised will go towards HHES holiday giving. The grade that raises the most will win a Popcorn and Pajama Party on Friday, 12/15!
